Echo Ridge strives to create value by matching technologies and market needs between the commercial wireless and government business sectors. The principals at Echo Ridge have successfully used this model multiple times while engaged in government R&D contracting and commercial wireless equipment supplier sectors. The most notable example was the transfer of wireless device geolocation technology from the government sector which was developed into a highly successful and nationally deployed wireless geolocation system. This system is currently used by wireless carriers in the United States to meet their FCC imposed E911 wireless call location mandates. Our principals currently have authored over 50 patents and numerous technical publications in the areas of wireless communications and wireless emitter geolocation.
