Recent Events

  • 5/20/2011- Echo Ridge, LLC has been awarded a Phase I SBIR contract from the Missile Defense Agency under topic MDA10-004 "GPS and Command Link Assured Operation." The objective is to design and implement a comprehensive realtime GPS and command link simulator.

  • 4/1/2011- Echo Ridge, LLC has been awarded a Phase II SBIR contract from the Army under topic AF09-060 "Virtual RF Environment." The objective is to develop a platform for developmental testing of both military C3 and commercial wireless devices in a user-defined, field emulation RF environment through real-time digital signal processing. Echo Ridge will be constructing and validating the prototype Virtual RF Environment through hardware in the loop testing and field verification.

  • 2/7/2011- Echo Ridge, LLC has been awarded a Phase II SBIR contract from the Air Force under topic AF093-154 "User Equipment (UE) Cognitive Functions." The objective is to validate the Phase I research through the development and testing of a software defined cognitive GPS UE. Performance improvements will be assessed with respect to user interfacing, PVT accuracy, TTFF latency, jamming/spoofing resistance and power consumption efficiency.

  • 1/25/2011- Echo Ridge, LLC has been awarded a Phase I SBIR contract from the Air Force under topic AF103-168 "Unknown Wireless Network Discovery." The objective is to "define and analyze through trade studies, approaches and methods to discover and characterize unknown wireless networks."

  • 10/1/2010- Echo Ridge, LLC has been awarded a contract by the Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate, RF Sensor Technology Division (AFRL/RYR) with value estimated at approximately $2.4M, including options. This effort will focus on the development of a multi-functional, flexible first-generation Cognitive Jammer architecture that can be applied towards both near-term and futuristic EW needs.

  • Echo Ridge, LLC delivered a presentation on "Realistic Testing for Cognitive and Software-defined RF Systems" at the AFRL-sponsored workshop "Cognitive & Software-Defined RF Technology: Achieving Spectral Dominance for the AF of the Future," in Rome, NY on September 15-16, 2010. The presentation reviewed Echo Ridge's Dynamic Spectrum Environment Emulator (DYSE) product that creates real-time hardware-in-the-loop RF scenario emulation for complex RF environments.
